Question 1

How to use the gift card?

Accepted Answer

Keune gift cards can be redeemed at either salon, regardless of where or how they were purchased. A gift card issued for a specific treatment may be used for that service, while the holder of a monetary gift card may select any available treatment within the value stated on the card. The minimum value of a monetary gift card is GEL 50, with no maximum limit. This allows you to tailor the gift to the recipient’s preferences and needs.

Question 2

Validity

Accepted Answer

Keune gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. The gift card must be redeemed before the expiry date. Once the validity period has ended, the unused card or any remaining balance cannot be reimbursed or carried forward.

Question 3

Can I return the gift card?

Accepted Answer

Keune gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. The value of the gift card cannot be redeemed for cash. We therefore recommend carefully selecting the treatment or monetary value before completing the purchase.
